The Scoop at The Place - October 30, 2008
This Week at The PlaceWe look forward to seeing you this coming Sabbath at The Place. This Sabbath Pastor Simon will continue preaching over his series called "Don't Worry, Be Happy." This week's sermon is focused on Matthew 16 and is titled "When Your Father Owns It All, You Don't Have To Worry About A Sign." We look forward to having Pastor Steve lead us in praise and worship.
We also invite you to Sabbath school starting at 10:30 a.m. We have several classes ranging from cradle roll class to adult classes, including a new adult Sabbath School class for new believers as well as those wishing to refresh on Christian doctrines and teachings. We have something for everyone! We hope you’ll stop by and be blessed.
Our prayer committee meets every Sabbath morning starting at 9:45 a.m. to pray for individual as well as community needs. If you are interested, please join us this Sabbath.
And, your tithes and offerings are always a blessing. We thank you for your faithfulness in giving. You can return your tithes and offerings at The Place or by clicking on the link below.
