This Sabbath- Sabbath School and Church @ NPAA Cafeteria This Sabbath we will be meeting at a new location due to the Tour of California bicycle race which will shut down the access streets to The Place on Sabbath. Our meeting place will be at the Newbury Park Academy cafeteria . ALL Sabbath schools will be held in the cafteria, with only one combined adult Sabbath school, and they will begin at 10:30 a.m. Since the Spanish church meets in the auditorium at NPAA parking will be limited-so please note that you may park up on the road by the field or in the plaza parking lot in front of NPAA. Pastor Simon will continue with the eighth in his series on prayer. This week's sermon is titled "Holy Spirit Prayer". Don't miss out on the awesome praise and time in God's Word and in prayer. Following the service we will have our Cafe Ministry and a time of refreshment. We hope your prayer life has been a blessing to you and your prayers are growing in strength. We invite you to join us in daily prayer for our families, our church and our community...especially at 3:00 p.m. daily. And, if you are not able to make it to The Place this Sabbath, please remember that you always have access to the sermons on-line (we even podcast!!). We realize that many of you are already fully integrated into church membership, but we would like to invite you anyways!! We will be doing this the first Sabbath of April. We began with a look at the inspiration of Scripture. Please join us for this enlightening time of study and prayer together. We welcome new people. Mission Project We are contemplating a mission project to Tijuana, Baja California for this summer. The project would involve building a church and of course, the fundraising to build the church. We will be deciding by this weekend whether or not to take on this mission project. If you are interested or have questions, please contact Pastor Simon a.s.a.p. Prayer Power As many of you know, we have been focusing on prayer through sermons and study. We invite you to experience the blessing that prayer brings to your life. First, we want to encourage you to pray for our church on a daily basis (there are many people who have specific needs and this is our chance to pray for them). Second, if YOU have specific prayer requests, please let us know by contacting Joelle Vessels (our prayer team coordinator) at processgirl@hotmail.com or by contacting Pastor Simon...we would love to pray for you! Last, we invite you to pray for our community and the people who do not yet know Jesus. We thank you for your willingness to let the Holy Spirit move in your life!!!
